The Hamas government announced on Sunday that 13,000 people have been killed in the ongoing Israeli bombing of the Gaza Strip since the outbreak of the war on October 7.
The government media office in Gaza said during the daily press conference: “The death toll reached more than 13,000 people, including more than 5,500 children and 3,500 women.
He added: “The number of medical personnel killed reached 201 doctors, nurses, and paramedics. Also, 22 civil defense men and 60 journalists were killed.”
He pointed out that “the total number of massacres committed by the occupation army amounted to more than 1,330 massacres.”

Regarding the number of infections, the Hamas government explained that it had risen to 30,000 infections, more than 75 percent of which were children and women.
It also revealed that the number of government headquarters destroyed reached 97, in addition to 65 schools being out of service.
25 hospitals, 52 health centers, and dozens of ambulances were also out of service.
