Inside, we find the chic and elegant, cozy and intimate touch of the English interior designer. It was inspired by a refined urban jungle, infused with Turkish influences with zelliges in pretty shades of green, dark green velvet, matt gilding, witch mirrors … In the bedrooms, more sobriety with black and white tones, floor in checkerboard or light parquet, taffeta, aged mirrors as a headboard. Those, with sloping ceilings, on the sixth and last floor, are immaculate right down to the Kerala muslin curtains. All are equipped with an ergonomic tablet that allows you to glance at the room service menu, browse the press, watch Netflix and listen to Spotify using the Bose speaker mounted on the ceiling with a few swipes of the finger. On the lower floor is a small spa signed Le Tigre (top-of-the-range yoga clubs), with a fitness room, Japanese sauna, hammam and two treatment rooms offering tailor-made massages. Finally, “Monsieur George” is also favored by Parisians who appreciate the cozy setting of his “Galanga” restaurant, under the leadership of chef Thomas Danigo, who learned his skills at “Laurent” in Paris. He loves nothing more than infusing his short, but precise menu with Asian influences. The cocktails are infused with verbena, lemongrass and other basil grown in the small vegetable garden on the roof.
