A year has passed since the tragic death of Yuri Shatunov, but his colleagues and friends cannot believe in this loss. All famous singers characterized the performer as a kind and decent person who was always ready to help.
And some even talked about the unique gift that Shatunov possessed. The ex-soloist of the Mirage group, Natalya Gulkina, recalled the joint tour with the leader of Tender May in Germany.
At that time, the singer was fond of running and in every city where they stayed, she went to classes in the morning. But one day Shatunov stopped her, saying that he had a strange dream. In it, Gulkina, leaving for a run, got lost and was late for their departure from the hotel.
The singer did not take her colleague’s words seriously, but in the end it happened. She wandered among the country paths for two hours and returned to the hotel when Shatunov and “Tender May” had already left.
“I run up, and he says: “Well, who was right,” Gulkina recalled.
Unfortunately, even the prophetic talent of the soloist of “Tender is mine” was not enough to prevent his own death. His life was taken by a heart attack.
