Estonian real estate developer “Hepsor” will invest 12 million euros in the construction of a new multi-apartment project in Mārupe, Lielaja Street 45, “Hepsor” representatives inform.
The “Giardino Mārupes” project consists of four buildings with 23 apartments each, for a total of 92 two-room, three-room and four-room apartments. Construction work on the project’s four buildings is expected to be completed in the summer of 2023.
The new project also includes a green area, private terraces, balconies, bicycle racks, parking lots, recreational areas for children and adults and a playground in the central courtyard.
The total turnover of the “Hepsor” group in 2020, compared to 2019, increased by 98%, reaching 38.8 million euros. The company’s net profit, on the other hand, increased by 115% in the corresponding period, amounting to 2.9 million euros. The data for the last year have not yet been made public.
In Latvia, in 2020, the turnover of the company of the “Hepsor” group reached 4.9 million euros, representing almost 13% of the total turnover of the group.
