The oncoming driver of the “Hemus” highway was detained and taken to the Botevgrad district police station, bTV learned. He is 79 years old. He tested negative for alcohol and drugs.
The man drove about 15 kilometers in the overtaking lane on the opposite lane of the Hemus highway.
Dangerous driving begins at the beginning of the freeway at the Jumbo store. The police managed to stop and remove the violator from traffic shortly before the junction for Botevgrad.
