In Lyon, the inhabitants of certain districts can no longer take it. Caught in gigantic traffic jams during the night, motorists honk their horns without thinking of local residents who are trying to sleep.
The video below was filmed in a street in Lyon a few days ago, around one o’clock in the morning. It shows a very congested street where motorists are completely stopped. Tempers are probably heating up a bit and many drivers are starting to honk their horns.
As a result, the inhabitants of the neighborhood are awake and get angry with motorists. Some of these motorists point the finger on social networks to the projects of the town hall which seeks to limit the number of vehicles in the center of Lyon. But the noise pollution of such behaviors seems unbearable, especially if they occur often.

Remember that according to the highway code, the use of the horn is prohibited in town except in the event of immediate danger. Improper use of the horn is punishable by a fine of up to €150.
