Paola Fendi, the heiress of the Fendi fashion empire, married Aram Ahmed in an elegant ceremony on the Spanish island of Ibiza, the Daily Mail reports.
The bride chose a dress labeled “Valentino” and did not trust the designers of “Fendi”.
The newlyweds exchanged marriage vows over the weekend in a 13th-century cathedral. Performances by local singers and dancers were part of the ceremony.
The reception, which was attended by 250 guests, was in a luxury hotel amidst lavish flower decorations. The musical arrangement was taken care of by violinists located by the hotel pool.
Paola Fendi works at the Christie’s auction house in New York, reminds BTA. She studied at Oxford University, the Sorbonne in Paris and Boston University.
