Al-Sobky added that the Beneficiaries ‘Satisfaction Department, which is concerned with following up on the satisfaction of the beneficiaries of the new comprehensive health insurance system, has a representative present in every unit, center and hospital within the framework of the actual implementation of the system in Port Said Governorate, and includes 80 officials for beneficiaries’ satisfaction to cover all units, centers and hospitals of the governorate’s health care authority.
He continued: The Beneficiary Satisfaction Department of the Public Authority for Health Care includes a team at the helm of Port Said Governorate that works through an office inside any health facility of the Health Care Authority, while the Beneficiary Satisfaction Officer responds to citizens’ inquiries and facilitates the procedures for receiving the service.
