Ingredients:
- 1/2 village chicken, cut to taste
- 8 pieces of Belimbing Wuluh, thinly sliced
- 8 Green Tomatoes, cut into pieces
- 10 pieces of Cayenne Pepper
- 5 bay leaves
- 1 stalk Lemongrass, take the white part, finely chopped
- 5 cm Galangal, grated
- 200 ml Liquid Coconut Milk Sasa
- Banana leaves to taste
- 10 Shallots
- 8 cloves of Garlic
- 2 cm Turmeric
- 4 grains of roasted hazelnut
- Beef Extract Seasoning Sasa
- Sufficient salt and sugar
How to make spicy chicken tamarind:
- Mix the ground spices with coconut milk, lemongrass and grated galangal
- Add the chicken, cayenne pepper, starfruit and tomatoes. Season again with salt, Beef Extract Seasoning Sasa. Taste test
- Heat the boiler, prepare the banana leaves. Place the bay leaf on the banana leaf then add the chicken and seasoning mixture. Pin skewers
- Do it until the chicken and seasoning mixture runs out
- Steam for about 60 minutes
