The Prime Minister, Head of Government, Mr. Ouhoumoudou Mahamadou received, yesterday Tuesday, March 7 at his office, a strong joint delegation from ECOWAS and the Republic of Cape Verde. The said delegation on a working visit came to draw inspiration from Niger’s experience in terms of the operationalization of the National Center for the Coordination of the Early Warning Mechanism and Security Risk Responses (CNAP) in Niger.
“We came to Niger to learn lessons at the level of the National Center for the Coordination of the Early Warning Mechanism and Security Risk Responses in Niger because it is part of one of the best centers in terms of operation”, declared the Special Advisor to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Cape Verde, Mr. Dimingos Mascarenhas, visibly satisfied with these exchanges. He recalled that as part of this visit, the joint mission also had a working session with the Director General of the CNAP. “We now have a very precise and clear idea of the course taken by Niger in this area and we will be inspired by this fine example at the level of our country”, he declared Mr. Dimingos Mascarenhas.
