‘The Hague Turk’ about promotional images on YouTube: ‘I was on fire that last duel’

After that promotion, Meric played another six months with ADO in the Eredivisie. “Thanks to trainer Wiljan Vloet and ADO, I was able to put myself in the picture in such a way that I was allowed to play professional football in Turkey for twelve years. So it is not surprising that I have always remained a fan of ADO.” The now 38-year-old Amsterdammer will follow the club’s activities in the play-offs again. “But first I’m going up again YouTube looking at those old pictures, haha! Enjoy, man. I just can’t get enough of it.”
