Improving Participation
You can read exactly what the municipality is working on in the Haags Samenspel program on the page Participation in The Hague. Below are a few examples:
- The municipality has made the Haags Kompas. This is a tool to see whether participation in a project is good or could be improved. Read more about this on the Haags Kompas page.
- The environmental vision will state what kind of city The Hague wants to be in 2050. Residents could fill in questions about this. Read more information on omgevingsvisie.denhaag.nl.
- The municipality is conducting a pilot with theme votes. Residents can vote on a theme and indicate what they consider important for the neighborhood and the city. There is first a trial in three districts. Read more information about the trial at themastemmen.denhaag.nl.
