Groningen recruits a new number ten. The Eredivisie club buys Daleho Irandust from BK Häcken. The 23-year-old’s contract extends to 2026.
– Daleho has been on our radar for a long time. I think we have wanted him for about two years, we were close last year but it was not possible then. We worked into the latter and are happy that it was resolved, says Groningen’s technical director Mark-Jan Fledderus according to the club’s website.
– We are convinced of his qualities.
The 23-year-old, who had six months left on his contract with Hisingsklubben, has been one of the Allsvenskan’s most prominent players in recent seasons.
Irandust accounted for 18 goals in 111 matches in the Allsvenskan.
