The Guatemalan documentary “El silencio del mole”, by director Anaïs Taracena, received today one of the main prizes of the Geneva Film Festival and Human Rights Forum.
The documentary feature film, which reviews the story of journalist Elías Barahona through interviews and archive images, has received one of the Gilda Vieira de Mello awards, valued at 7,000 Swiss francs (7,400 dollars), together with “Ángeles de Sinjar”, by the director Polish Hanna Polak.
