The group “Astro’n’out” will perform in the Latvian Television Z studio / Article / LSM.lv

The band Astro’n’out will perform on November 28 in the Latvian Television concert series “Concert in Z Studio”. The band says that before the performance they have to be careful with what they want and say out loud, because in the spring their latest single was just about wanting to stop. Now the musicians are happy to perform, and in their concert in the Z studio will perform both the latest songs and hits from previous albums.

“This year has ruined our plans, we have not fully survived it musically. The energy of reunion and making music will definitely be felt by the audience as well, ”hopes soloist Māra Upmane-Holstein. The band’s musicians admit to being very careful with what they want. When Astro’n’out released the new song “Chaos” in the spring, which tells about burnout, the eternal squirrel wheel and the desire to stop, the first idle was announced. “The song will also be played on Saturday, it will be ironic to perform it when we are stopped. However, we will play songs not only from the latest album, but also older, favorite songs. It will be a review for our musical CV, ”says Māra.

Before making music, the soloists will invite Eva Johansone, the host of LTV programs, to a short conversation.

“Astro’n’out” has been known in the Latvian music environment for 15 years. The group is not afraid to change – it has always been open to creative search, but has never lost its handwriting. Last year, the band released their most successful album to date, the Multivitamin Multipack, which won the Golden Microphone Award in February as the best pop music album of 2019.

LTV emphasizes that all safety rules are and will be observed during concert recordings. The scenography and framing of the concert are designed so that all involved, including the musicians on stage, can observe an appropriate and safe distance. For security reasons, only musicians and LTV employees involved in providing the recording are in the studio during the recording.
