The mansion in Georgia in the United States, where horrific events take place in the fourth season of the Netflix series, will have new owners.
The house is known to viewers as Creel i’s house the new season of the horror drama “Stranger Things”.
Parts of the recording also took place there, although much was recorded in Lithuania and New Mexico.

The action takes place in Indiana, but the Victorian mansion, where the nightmare falls upon the Creel family, is actually located in Rome, Georgia.
Much of the recording took place both inside the house and outside.
And now the house has been put up for sale with a price of just over NOK 15.4 million.
It is the brokerage house Toles, Temple and Wright who is responsible for the sale of the house with address 906 E 2nd Ave.
Brokers take advantage of the house’s “celebrity status” in the real estate ad, released Sunday:
“In a series of Stranger events, the iconic “Creel House” can be yours!»Says the description.
They also equipped the house with “skeletons” both on the terrace and in the bathtub.
The brokerage house has released a series of images from inside the villa, and VG reproduces with permission.
The price of the villa has increased significantly since it was last sold in 2019. So the sale price was NOK 3.6 million.
The house has since been remodeled to resemble its original shape from the year it was built in 1882.
The mansion was also renovated after the television shoot, although parts of the furniture from the series are still there.
Who the three-storey villa belongs to today is not publicly known, but until a few years ago the house was used as a “Bed & Breakfast”.
The house, which will have a gross floor area of over 550 square meters, has seven bedrooms and seven bathrooms.
