The debate in a nutshell:
– The opposition is extremely critical of the role of the Prime Minister. From the start of the debate, the parties aimed their arrows at Mark Rutte. ‘Why isn’t he getting up? And what are all the apologies to Groningen worth?’, they wonder.

– The opposition is attacking the coalition on the question of confidence: do parties in the cabinet still have confidence in Rutte? But the coalition parties have so far all given evasive answers.
