From April 2025, the minimum wage in Greece will be set at approximately €870 gross. It is expected to gradually increase until the end of 2027. As of January 1, the scientific commission led by Professor Patrina Paparigopoulou proposes to maintain the current salary ratio between the private and public sectors. At the same time, however, an automatic adjustment established by law is introduced in relation to the minimum wage and daily remuneration based on a coefficient, which will be the sum of two indicators.
