“I will coach West Ham” – Ancelotti in 2011

When he was Chelsea manager in 2011, Ancelotti told the now-defunct manager world News He would be happy to manage West Ham to remain in English football even though the club has just been relegated.

“I’m going to coach West Ham, why not?” Ancelotti said at the time.

“It is a challenge to manage a team outside the top four and even in the championship.

“The atmosphere at West Ham is incredible. I respect each team and the work of my colleagues. It’s the same and it doesn’t matter if you can lead a large team or a smaller one. If a club said to me: ‘You “I can run this club without money”, I would decide whether to accept it or not. “Money is not a motivation. “Money was never a motivation for me.”

So when they claimed it on the Spanish radio station Kadena Cob That Ancelotti has received interest from a Premier League club whose previous teams were not Chelsea, Everton or Manchester City is something that is moving in some West Ham circles.

Ancelotti to Hammers rumors quickly dissipated

With Arsenal, Aston Villa, Tottenham, Liverpool, Newcastle and Brighton also not in need of a new manager, it is understandable why many feel the club could be the Hammers given Moyes’ uncertain future.

But in fact, it has now been revealed that the club in question is Manchester United and not West Ham.

The journalist who made the complaint, Juanma Castaño, was constantly asked to reveal the identity of the club.

He finally confirmed later in the conversation that the club was indeed Manchester United.

So the seed of the West Ham rumor could quickly be quelled.
