The Grand Opening of the New Social Club Marks the Revival of Macenas

The new Social Club, the first milestone to unravel Macenas from the limbo in which he found himself, is made up of a formidable space made up of a restaurant, L-shaped design pool, rest area, sports center, shop and beauty center . The resort also makes available to its visitors a medical clinic and a craft shop, as well as the Mediterranean restaurant Arcilla, run by the historic Kon Tiki beach bar, and the Lacala beach bar.

The resort’s future plans also include a comprehensive service center for residents, the recovery of the irrigated 18-hole golf course with a future wastewater treatment plant and the construction of at least 400 homes, in addition to the 300 that have already been inhabited for more than a decade, until the urbanization, promoted by the Catalan group Med Group, It went into competition in the 2008 crisis and passed to Sareb, from where Cosentino rescued it.
