The government will continue the Hungarian village program in the future

Bence Tuzson: the residents of Göd feel that they are living a full life

“We have managed to create an institution in Gödö that creates conditions in which those cared for feel good and believe that they are living a full life” – announced the Minister of Justice in the Pest County settlement on Thursday. Bence Tuzson said at the handover of the newest home of the supported housing program operated by the Hungarian Maltese Charities, specially designed for young people with disabilities, that “the building is now the eighth house that was completed with state support in the program, so a total of 88 people in need of help can now be provided with housing.”
He added that it was possible to create an institutional system with government support that could become one of the best in Europe, and sooner or later it will also turn into a methodological center.
“With great dedication and with state assistance, the work began five years ago with the renovation of the central properties, and today we are at the eighth completed building said the minister.
