“We have been in contact with his family, both we and Dr. Pablo Jure, to see the type of transfer of the medical plane,” the minister detailed.
He also stated “We have made everything available to help them in whatever is necessary, the family on the one hand is seeing the health status of Dr. Monica Romero that has to be in condition to be transferred”.
Who was Hugo Rivadeneira, the doctor from Jujuy who died in Mexico
Víctor Hugo Rivadeneira, renowned cardiologist and prominent member of the Jujeña Society of Cardiology, tragically died in an accident in Mexico. The 62-year-old doctor, originally from Tucumán, had lived in Jujuy for decades, where he dedicated his life to medicine and caring for the health of the community.
The accident occurred on the Mexico-Pirámides highway, near Ecatepec, while Rivadeneira was returning from visiting the archaeological zone of Teotihuacán. The tourist van in which he was traveling collided with a tanker truck, leaving one dead and five injured.
