Alexandra Szentkirályi said that the government has been working in recent years and is still working to support Hungarian families with the best family support system in Europe.
He added that the “home creation environment” has changed in the recent period, which is why the government also examined the home creation system, which is also unique in Europe, and decided on changes.

The government spokesperson emphasized that the government will not give up the family support system it has been successfully building for years in the interests of families, even in times of war.
He went on to
the cabinet examined the individual elements of the now 12-year-old family support system to see how well they function in the current situation. They saw that “the village chocolate and the babysitting subsidy work well, so they keep them, and the government has even increased their amount”

In the case of settlements with more than five thousand people, i.e. the urban area, they saw that in the current situation burdened with high bank interest rates, this does not work so well, so the government is developing a new subsidy instead – he explained.
