The government no longer knows the measures, says the opposition. She accidentally forbade making beer

Experts, the opposition and people from the fields affected by the frequent changes in government measures are shaking their heads.

“Now we are in a situation where we know nothing again. We have a PES here, which we very much welcomed, because there are some clear instructions from which to deduce what will be. And now we are in a situation where after a week or 14 days of existence the PES has ceased to function, “said MP Bohuslav Svoboda (ODS).

The government may have escaped a few days ago forbidding people from taking beer in a PET bottle from the restaurant window. She wanted to fix it on Thursday and caused further confusion. The regulation actually banned restaurants from making beer and making tea. Fortunately, she fixed it quickly.

“I think it was a simple mistake, but it is an example of the fact that the measures are already so complicated that even the government itself does not know them,” commented pirate MP Olga Richterová.

Changes in government measures are already happening so often that a lot of people are starting to get lost in them. “I don’t even know if I should wear a veil,” one of the interviewed citizens told Nova TV in a survey. “I don’t understand at all, there’s a mess in it,” said another.

In the event that the Czechia falls again to the 4th degree of the PSA next week, the Minister of Health Jan Blatný (for YES) promised to level the playing field – ie that small shops would remain open.

“I am glad that the Minister has finally acknowledged that small shops are not a problem. They should never have been closed, it was a completely useless step. It is also twice as important before Christmas, when those small shops have a chance to catch up at least a little, which were created for them, “said the vice-president of the Chamber of Commerce Tomáš Prouza.

According to the opposition, it is important that the government, if it adopts measures that disadvantage some traders, also adequately compensate them for the loss of income.
