The Government lowered the financing of Anses Loans

This month, the Government has applied a reduction in the maximum financing of Anses Loans for retirees and pensioners eliminating the possibility of taking them out to 60 installments. According to the National State, the purpose of the measure is to avoid the indebtedness of the elderly in the long term and to give the possibility of reinvesting the money from the Sustainability Guarantee Fund (FGS).

The Anses Loans allow retirees and pensioners to carry out their projects with the best financing.

The holders of assets of the Argentine Integrated Pension System (SIPA), the Universal Pension for the Elderly (PUAM) and Non-Contributory Pensions (PNC) They can request a personal loan in Anses to be repaid in 24, 36 and 48 installments with Total Annual Effective Financial Cost (CFTEA) ranging from 34.58% to 36.03%.

The program has undergone modifications for those who want to get a new Anses Credit. In other words, people who have already agreed to a 60-month financing will not suffer changes, the fee will continue to be discounted for the agreed time.

The benefit request is made in person, it cannot be done online. To carry out the process it is necessary to request an appointment previously, which can be done by calling 130 or from the page of the pension agency.

It is important to clarify that the credits for the Universal Child Allowance are still suspended (AUH) and the SUAF. The program was suspended when the new administration took over for these beneficiaries, who were suspended from the discount of fees for several months due to the social emergency and the beginning of the coronavirus pandemic.
