On October 2, 2023, the transitional government launched a call for contributions for the smooth running of the Grand National Dialogue which will be organized in 2024.
According to a note from the Prime Minister, Gabonese men and women of all ages, living within the national territory or going abroad; those from cities as well as those from villages, wishing to take part in this dialogue, to present their diagnosis of the general or sectoral situation of the country and their proposed solutions in the form of a contribution of ten (10) pages maximum (character 12; line spacing 1).
Indeed, these contributions which are expected at the Ministry of Institutional Reform until November 30, 2023. The major National Dialogue which will be organized in Gabon during the period of April or June will allow the Gabonese people to debate on all questions political, economic and social likely to contribute to restoring institutions and in particular the rewriting of a new constitution.
Let us recall that the announcement of the major National Dialogue was made last Wednesday by the Prime Minister Head of the Transition Government during his first conference with the press.
