The government approve change on The strategic plan for the development of agriculture and rural areas for the program period 2023-2027, co-financed by the European Agricultural Fund for the Development of Rural Areas, the European Agricultural Guarantee Fund and the state budget, which provides for amending the texts in some of the interventions for development of rural areas, including in the viticulture sector. Changes have been introduced to the standards for good agricultural and ecological status, as well as changes to some of the direct payment interventions.
The decision guarantees adaptation of the plan to changes in European legislation and achieves greater precision in the conditions for the implementation of the interventions.
The decision of the Council of Ministers does not lead to an impact on the state budget and is within the initially set parameters of the Strategic Plan for the Development of Agriculture and Rural Areas 2023-2027.
