The government accuses the Xunta of “disloyalty” for questioning the distribution of vaccines | Radio Galicia

There is no week without a confrontation between the Xunta and the central government on account of the pandemic. This time, for the supply of vaccines. The central government accuses the Feijoo government of unfair for saying that Galicia will not receive new doses from Pfizer, of the 3.4 million that will arrive in Spain this month.

In statements to the SER, José Miñones assures that the community does not receive these vaccines because so far it has received more than any other. Therefore, there is an agreement to make a rebalancing, an agreement between autonomies that the Minister of Health has accepted at the last meeting.

Government response to the Xunta that has spent the weekend questioning the distribution of those doses of Pfizer. Here in the SER, the manager of SERGAS, José Flores, has said that this distribution compromises the objectives set in the vaccination in schools, and in herd immunity.

The BNG has asked the PP and PSOE not to use vaccination as a throwing weapon.
