Well-known German tuner Manhart Performance presented its version of the new Volkswagen Golf GTI.

The company added performance, sharpened the look and also played with the interior.
We could start with the engine. Thanks to the MHtronik module, which Manhart developed himself, the power of the turbocharged two-liter increased by 33 kW to 213 kW (290 hp) and the maximum torque jumped by 55 Nm to 425 Nm
As a result, the dynamics have certainly improved slightly, but Manhart does not give specific numbers. The standard Golf GTI accelerates from standstill to one hundred in 6.3 seconds and starts at 250 km / h.

Appearance modifications include, in particular, a new diffuser or new 19-inch wheels fitted with 225/35 tires. The reduction of the chassis by 40 millimeters contributes to a more sporty stance.
Those interested will also be able to pay extra for a custom exhaust or more powerful brakes.
An interesting element can be found in the interior. Manhart offers customers the opportunity to equip the ceiling with several LEDs, which bring a similar effect of the night starry sky as we find in Rolls-Royce cars.
