The construction could not be closed by the end of 2022. Now the investment is said to be completed in the first quarter of 2023. For the time being, the seaside hotel’s Facebook page offered accommodation in… Wisła or Karpacz.
This is one of the most anticipated investments in Poland. The huge hotel is called by some ‘Dubai on the Baltic Sea’. It is under construction in the popular seaside resort of Pobierowo (municipality of Rewal). It must have five stars and offer the highest standards for its guests.
The first wing of the hotel is scheduled to open in mid-2020. However, this has been hampered by the coronavirus pandemic. This year the war in Ukraine has come to this, which has disrupted, among others, part of the supply chains. In June last year, the owner of the hotel, Tadeusz Gołębiewski, also died.
And although the company assured that the owner’s death would not affect the realization of the investment, this – as reported by the media – has slowed down sharply. Just a few months ago the question was whether the first clients would be able to use its services in 2022. It turned out to be impossible. There is now information that the facility will be completed by the end of the first quarter of 2023, but this information has not been confirmed.
On the Facebook profile of the seaside hotel in the last post there was an invitation for a Christmas weekend in… a hotel in Wisła. The network did not respond to the fans’ question when the Pobierowo facility opened.
