The Cuban singer Dianelys Alfonso Cartaya, better known as La Diosa de Cuba, devastated the audience in South Florida during her first concert in the United States.
The show, presented on April 22 at the Watsco Center in Coral Gables, marked the beginning of the Cuban artistic career on US soil.
the interpreter of The 40 Pounds delighted almost 9,000 attendees for two hours, in which they could enjoy from their classics to their latest releases, now in the North American country.
As proof of her success, the Dominican singer Maffio congratulated the Cuban for the show she gave at the Watsco Center.
“Goddess you have a tremendous show. Congratulations ”, reads a message that the singer personally sent to the artist.
It was the Goddess herself who shared on her social networks the message that the musician also dedicated to her, very excited and thanking her for her attendance, celebrating her recognition.
“If Maffio says so, he was there. Thank you. The greats think so, so everything is fine, ”wrote the singer on her networks.
Maffio is known for his work with well-known musicians such as Gente de Zona, Nicky Jam, Farruko, Paulina Rubio, Olga Tañón, and Thalía.
The show was broadcast live to thousands of people through social networks, and in addition to the Dominican, it was attended by various Cuban entertainment figures.
One of the attendees was the presenter Alexander Otaola, who joined La Diosa on stage and dedicated a few words to her friend during the event.
This support has been mutual, since also the singer attended the event to kick off the Otaola campaignwho is running for mayor of Miami-Dade County.
After her successful debut in the US, La Diosa is already preparing for her next performance, since her second concert already has a date and place, in the city of New Jersey.
The concert is scheduled for May 20 at the Ritz Theater, located at 1148 East Jersey Avenue. The venue has a capacity of 2,800 spectators.
Tickets are already on sale on the official TicketMaster portal, with prices ranging between $50 and $150.
