Financier Lubomir Karimanski issued a sharp warning.

There was a time when treasury discipline was tightened, but at a time when it was seen that we had an emergency situation and we might go beyond what the budgeting frameworks showed us, we decided that we could do whatever we wanted. we want,” Karimanski pointed out.
He is of the opinion that the Bulgarian Parliament is commanded by the Council of Ministers.
“This increase in the minimum wage has a pro-cyclical effect and it is related to the fact that part of the average wages are related to the minimum wage. On the other hand, the minimum wage is set on the average, so we enter a cycle that will never be able to be extinguished. Sofia is not Bulgaria.
