The outcome of Russia’s war against Ukraine will be decisive not only for the countries of the region, but for the whole world, predicted the famous American political scientist Francis Fukuyama during the annual meeting in Yalta (YES).
According to him, the outcome of the war will directly affect Georgia, Moldova and Kazakhstan, as Russia has claims to their territories.
“Russia has claims to the sovereignty of these countries, I hope that they will have the opportunity to develop as independent democracies,” said Fukuyama.
