The General President of the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque, Abdul Rahman Al-Sudais, said that the giant Saudi expansions of the Two Holy Mosques are in their late stage.

Today (Thursday), Al-Sudais announced the largest operational plan for the presidency and its agency for the Ramadan season, with the full capacity of the Two Holy Mosques, adding that this plan is the result of a full year’s work of preparation, planning and diligent studies.

He emphasized that this operational plan aims to facilitate, empower, and create an environment for those who come to worship, noting that the presidency was keen, to ensure the level of service and measure guest satisfaction, to set accurate performance indicators, in every service location.

He pointed out that the operational plan focuses on several pillars, the most important of which is that the guest experience be full of enrichment stations, as well as applying the highest standards of quality, excellence and perfection, and focusing on monitoring and governance.

He explained that the presidency raised its human cadre to nearly 12,000 qualified employees and workers, provided 8,000 volunteer opportunities in 10 fields, and achieved more than 200,000 volunteer hours during the holy month of Ramadan. For volunteering in the Two Holy Mosques to be one of the most organized volunteer environments in the world.

And he stated that the pilgrim’s journey, from the moment of his arrival to the courtyards of the Grand Mosque until the courtyard of the ritual prayer, is available to the pilgrims with all the services that contribute to facilitating the performance of rituals for 107 thousand sects per hour, and preparing all entrances and exits with their full capacity, including the third Saudi expansion, while making sure to allocate Special doors for the elderly and people with disabilities, which guarantee, God willing, that the visitors will reach more than 235 prayer sites in the Grand Mosque and a hundred sites in the Prophet’s Mosque.
