Almost a year ago, the now famous Alicia Joe video about Kollegah appeared, which set off a real avalanche. In the video, massive ghostwriting allegations were made against Kollegah, the extent of which has steadily increased in recent months. Recently, the number of lines written by others has risen to potentially over 800.
Alice Joe-Video
But who is actually behind the allegations against Kollegah? Alicia Joe was praised for the meticulous research in her video. For her evidence, she used years-old postings in forums, some of which were obscure. Now it comes out: She had help with the video. In fact, it seems that one of Kollegah’s rap colleagues is behind the ghostwriting allegations.
Im Interview with Marvin California, Robbie Banks recently unpacked his work for Kollegah. Late in the interview, he also reveals that a rapper named Bundeskanzler is said to be behind the video. According to Robbie, Chancellor made sure Alicia Joe got the necessary information for her video. Marvin is also apparently familiar with the name.
Robbie Banks on the Alicia Joe video
“Behind this Alicia Joe video was a young gentleman named Chancellor. He was the one who basically wrote this video and collected the research for it. And when my song came out, I got in touch with the young Chancellor [hergestellt], who also raps. (…)
The young gentleman is responsible for this video. He slipped this information to Alicia. Of course he told me that afterwards, I didn’t know at the time who was behind this video either. But it immediately occurred to me that it must be someone moving in this scene. There was information that you as an external rap listener could not necessarily know.”
Chancellor
The Chancellor became known with a few YouTube hits that could reach 6-digit clicks. His name has recently appeared on the BossXplosive YouTube channel. There he put several lines, which the Youtuber counted among the best German rap lines of 2022. And he seems to be the one who is the starting point of all the biting allegations against Kollegah…
