The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in a report at 6:00 on February 17 informed about the situation at the front and the shelling of the territory of Ukraine and the Kharkiv region in particular.
According to the General Staff, the enemy made another attempt to attack – in the areas of the settlements of Gryanikovka and Sinkovka in the Kharkiv region. Also, the Russian army launched a missile attack on Kharkov.
“Over the past day, the enemy used 41 missiles of various types on the territory of our country, 5 of them, redesigned by the S-300 ROC, in Kharkov,” noted at the General Staff.
According to the information available at the moment, the blows fell on the Osnovyansky district of Kharkov. The enemy was aiming at infrastructure facilities.
Also under the blows were the settlements in the region.

“Over the past day, areas of the settlements of Veterinary, Granov, Svetlichnoye, Strelechya and Volchansk in the Kharkiv region have been subjected to enemy shelling. In the Kupyansky and Limansky directions, the enemy shelled the settlements of Novomlynsk, Dvurechnaya, Gryanikovka and Kucherovka in the Kharkiv region,” the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine informed.
