The gameplay introduces the combat system

Avalanche Software and WB Games revealed, this Friday (11th), a new and extended gameplay of Hogwarts Legacy🇧🇷 The content offers a look at character creation, a tour of the school of magic and an introduction to combat.

Starting from the customization, the Avalanche title allows the player to choose different clothes, faces, skin tones, hair (with the possibility of changing its color), accessories (glasses, for example), voices and even scars for their character. According to director Alan Tew, even more options can be unlocked throughout the story.

As for Hogwarts, the developers presented the Hufflepuff dormitory, as well as showing the Common Room of that same house again… had previously been revealed🇧🇷 At school the witches on duty will be able to use “Revelio” to find hidden objects. We also see iconic places like the House Cup points counter and the Clock Tower, for example.

While exploring the school, the player can find characters and carry out missions. Indeed, according to Tew, many of these missions affect the ending of the main story.

The director also said that Hogwarts Legacy will not feature some popular wizarding world games. Apart from the absence of Quidditch (previously revealed), or magic chess and how blisters they were cut from the game. See it all below:

Avalanche Software also showcased the Hogwarts Legacy combat system. First, the player was able to practice with a training dummy. With your wand you can apply combos with spells, which also have a cooldown, so it’s good to pay attention to this.

So, the developer presented a 1 vs 3 duel. The witcher can use objects from the environment to defeat his opponents, counter their abilities and use shields.

Hogwarts Legacy will be released on February 10th for PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series and PC. A Switch version is also planned.
