This is one of the flagship projects of the third mandate of Thierry Cousin, mayor: the construction of a new leisure center which will replace the current pre-manufactured ones at the Clos de la Belle-Arche and will be supplemented by a crèche. multi-reception.
The whole will extend over 1,300 square meters and the project is estimated at three million euros. Thierry Cousin does not hide his enthusiasm to see the file launched and on track.
“The first meeting took place with the company that the City chose to assist it in the project management. The specifications are defined and we must start the architectural competition, explains the mayor. Applicants must present their project to us by June 30 at the latest. And, in July, we will unveil the selected project. “
The site should start at the end of the year and the work is scheduled over eighteen months. The delivery of this new structure could therefore take place in spring 2023.
