Cassa di Ravenna, which is part of the same group as Banca di Imola, confirms its position alongside families and businesses hit once again and in a dramatic manner by the flood.
The credit institution led by president Antonio Patuelli (in the photo) therefore immediately implemented several important initiatives for the area in order to support people, farmers and companies dealing with this emergency.
In particular, the Cassa di Ravenna makes financing available at advantageous conditions for those who certify that they have suffered damage by 31 March 2025. The loans can be disbursed per individual beneficiary up to a maximum of 250 thousand euros in various ways: the opening of a current account credit with a maximum duration of 18 months and no commission granted; unsecured financing with a maximum duration of 48 months without investigation rights; mortgage loan with a maximum duration of 144 months of which 12 are pre-amortization without investigation fees.
The Cassa di Ravenna has also approved the possibility of extending the possibility of suspending financing and mortgage loans up to 24 months, compatibly with the national provisions issued and in the process of being issued and with the supervisory regulations, and the disbursement of loans personal loans at a subsidized rate aimed at the purchase or repair of cars for residents in the areas affected by the floods of recent days.
