The music event De Vrienden van Amstel Live will not take place next January. The multi-day concert series is shifting to January 2022, the organization said in a press release.
Tickets purchased for the 2021 event will remain valid for the 2022 series.
The Friends of Amstel Live will be organized in 2022 from 13 to 22 January, with the exception of 18 January.
“Now that we are getting closer to January and the current COVID-19 developments show little improvement, we have to be realistic. It is not wise to bring together almost 150,000 visitors in the largest pub in the Netherlands”, says marketing manager Thom Ligthart in the press release.
