The group Friedkinowner of Romahas reached an agreement with Blue Heaven Holdings for the acquisition of 94% of the shares of‘Evertona Liverpool club that plays in the Premier League. The English company confirms this in a note on its website. “The transaction is subject to the approval of the Premier League, the Football Association and the Financial Conduct Authority”, explains the press release, while the first words from the Friedkin Group have already arrived: “We are pleased to have reached an agreement to become custodians of this iconic football team. We are focused on obtaining the necessary approvals to complete the transaction. We look forward to providing stability to the club and sharing our vision for its future, including the completion of the new Everton Stadium at Bramley-Moore Dock.”
