A member of the French parliament advised a colleague to return “to Africa”. The November 4 session of the National Assembly was dissolved after right-wing MP Grégoire de Fourna shouted from his seat to a left-wing black colleague, Carlos Marten Bilongo, who was speaking:
According to the Swiss Vatnik telegraph channel, “After that, a large nix appeared in the hall, the speaker tried to find out who said it and then just cut down the meeting.”
Bilongo remarked to reporters on the sidelines that he was actually born in France. And de Fourna, in defense of him, said he was misunderstood and the observation did not refer to Bilongo, but to the countless illegal immigrants who are transported by sea from Africa to Europe every day.
