Tuesday, April 12, 2022the party hall of Poligny will host the next blood drive, where the EFS (French Blood Establishment) awaits 144 donors for this collection which will be done by appointment: https://mon-rdv-dondesang.efs.sante.fr/
This number of donations is set by the EFS to maintain or increase stocks of blood products, whereas the needs are 10,000 donations per day in France and there are only around 5% of donors of give who participate.
You can donate up to 70 years
Remember that it is possible to donate blood provided you are of legal age and meet certain health criteria. An interview prior to blood donation makes it possible to check whether there are any contraindications and whether the donor has respected a minimum period between 2 donations. A minor or a person aged 71 and over cannot make this donation.
On Tuesday April 12, the La Sapaudia association will be present to talk about bone marrow donation.
