Synopsis
The official synopsis for the series reads as follows: “The crew of an unloved film franchise fights for their place in a fierce and unruly cinematic universe.”
“‘The Franchise’ sheds light on the secret chaos in the world of superhero filmmaking, to ask the question: How exactly is the cinematic sausage made? Because every [frick]-up has an origin story.”
Topcast
The lead roles will be played by Himesh Patel (Tenet) in Aya Cash (The Boys). The cast also includes top talent such as Daniel Brühl (Rush), Richard E. Grant (Can You Ever Forgive Me?) a Billy Magnussen (No Time To Die).
