This part is still under construction on the site of the private hospital in Francheville. Three floors totally dedicated to the back composed of different trades: osteopaths, physiotherapists, dieticians, and of course surgeons. The director of the Pierre Malterre clinic sees this project “a real added value for the clinic, but especially for the patients of Dordogne […] with a very high level offer.”

Wanting to be a French leader in the field, the clinic will ensure that patients from far away receive a diagnosis and meet as many professionals as possible in one day.
Projects should be set up by Rachid Saddiki, the surgeon in charge of the project since 2012, such as monitoring and screening for scoliosis in young people: “We see adolescents who have reached the age of 14 with major deformities that could have been detected earlier“.
