The Regional Health Agencies (ARS) guide the implementation of the measures of the Plan for the transformation of establishments and assistance services through work (ESAT) and control them in the territories.
Targets
The Esat transformation plan strengthens the mission of supporting Esat workers and guarantees them new rights.
Its 31 measures aim to operationally strengthen people’s rights and ability to act, to sustain a dynamic of course within Esat, but also of Esat towards the ordinary medium, to accompany the development of the activity of the ‘Esat Esat to promote skills development and employability of workers with disabilities.
