Head of TPN Ganjar Pranowo and Mahfud Md, Arsjad Rasjid, assessed that the fourth debate in the 2024 presidential election was dynamic. Arsjad said that the theme of this fourth debate was quite an important issue.
“For me, the debate was very dynamic, it was really fun and I could see the moments of each vice presidential candidate and there I saw how authentic everything was there,” said Arsjad at the JCC, Central Jakarta, Sunday (21/1/2024 ).
“So for me, this is a very important issue regarding the environment and this really concerns Mas Ganjar, Prof Mahfud because there is the environment, customary law and everything. This is a very important subject,” he continued.
Arsjad then responded regarding attacks by other candidate pairs on Mahfud. Arsjad insinuated that the attack on Mahfud in the debate was just a joke.
“It’s just fun. Mr. Mahfud also said that this is normal in debates. We are very mature, so all of that might be part of existing gimmicks, so it’s been answered,” he said.
He said Mahfud had answered the green inflation question. However, he said, other candidate pairs were confusing.
“Mr Mahfud actually answered previously, as Mr Mahfud said earlier in the context of green inflation, in the context of the environment, the impacts,” said Arsjad.
“According to Mr. Mahfud, he already answered it, in the end, why did he become confused? Well, that’s it, it’s back and forth again,” he added.
