The investigation
The investigation by the Rome Public Prosecutor’s Office which involves 6 persons responsible, in various capacities, for the crimes of fraudulent bankruptcy, self-laundering and fraudulent evasion of tax payments. The financiers of the Special Unit of Currency Police this morning carried out an order of house arrest for the entrepreneur and a measure prohibiting the temporary ban on carrying on business activities for one year against one of his collaborator turned out to be the custodian of the accounting records and in charge of the financial management of some companies of the group. The financiers have also performed seizures for 28 million euros.
