Maxime Georges: Advice, support, knowing the legal status, funding, dos and don’ts, and the different steps to do in the right order so as not to forget things. At the forum, I know that they have banks, jurists, lawyers, people who will guide us in our projects.
You have created a gourmet snack, a kind of quality fast food to take away. Are you still looking for a suitable name, and that’s it, or are you missing other things in your business plan?
I will go find something to finalize my status, where to register it, how to register it, who I should appeal to … And then I come to look for funding, because there are different funding possibilities, honor loans, different banks, you have to see the rates. I come to know what I need to finalize my project.
With the current health situation, do you also have concerns to dispel thanks to this forum?
Yes indeed. With this crisis, we must calculate what will come, predict. It’s also a bit like the idea of a gourmet snack, with take-out food. This is the kind of business that will remain open, unlike the restaurant. So I come to make sure that I am well in these statutes, to continue to sell, in the event – but I do not hope so – of new closing rules.
Are you also looking for potential partners to develop, in Isère and elsewhere?
Yes, too, in the sense that it gives a lot of ideas. [Au forum], we hear other entrepreneurs, with other concepts, and then it can actually become partners afterwards. You have everything that can be part of a business plan: financing, aid, legal.
