The “Insider” media obtained the documents of the will of Ivana Trump, who died last year – it turns out that she already wrote her last will in 2019 and notarized a finely divided inheritance. Half a year after death, the wealth is distributed. She left the father of her children, former US President Donald Trump, alone.

Czech-born model Ivana Trump has an estimated net worth of $34 million, which includes real estate, a jewelry collection, and her impressive fur collection. The three children she and Donald Trump share will mostly be able to deal with all of this – Donald Trump Jr., daughter Ivanka Trump and youngest son Eric Trump.
The lady has not wished anything to the father of her children. But she herself rests on a piece of land owned by Trump.
Ivana Trump’s will was created in 2019, when she was still married to her third husband, the Italian actor Rossano Rubicondi. A husband was also included in the will, but this man died of melanoma a year before Trump herself at the age of 49. Her husband was supposed to inherit her apartment in Saint-Tropez, but it was also left for the children.
According to Trump’s expressed will, the money from the sale of furs and jewelry remains for the children, and she bequeathed the remaining clothes to the Salvation Army and the Red Cross. Her apartment in Florida, as well as her beloved Yorkshire terrier (named Tiger Trump), were left to Trump’s friend Dorothy Curry, who initially served as her children’s nanny but later became lifelong friends.
Trump’s last permanent residence – a 17-room house in New York – was sold for 26 million dollars, with the money remaining at the disposal of the children. The house is particularly luxurious – built in 1879, all in one gold and drapery. In total, her real estate portfolio includes properties in the United States, the Czech Republic and France, with everything, minus the Florida apartment, left to the children. Trump’s house was sold because it was also the place of her death – a woman fell down the stairs and lost her life.
Donald and Ivana Trump were married from 1977 to 1992. In 1988, she became a US citizen. After the divorce, the relationship between the two remained complicated.
Ivana Trump passed away at the age of 73 on July 14 last year. The funeral was also attended by Donald Trump with his current wife Melania, all children and grandchildren.
